At Two-Piece Toilets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fixture is not the perfect fit for your bathroom, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the toilet components in their original heavy-duty shipping crates, ensuring all mounting hardware and gaskets are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for cracks or damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
